Introduced to the market in 1933, it is an outstanding automatic wristwatch for its time and the current 3869 is a splendid and fascinating example of this historically important model. The steel and rose gold plated case is made up of three parts with curved lugs, inclined bezel, screwed case back and is very well presented in terms of quality and conservation. The dial has a beautiful pink color with a beginning patina, Arabic numerals, outer minute track and seconds at six.
